About Milebit

Milebit builds software for US commercial trucking. The Milebit app gives truck drivers routes built for their truck's height, weight and length, a fuel plan that shows where to fill up before higher-cost states, weigh stations, truck parking, weather and road reports from other drivers, and their documents with expiry reminders. Drivers can also find services from other drivers, such as home food, lawyers and dispatchers. Carriers get a web dashboard on the same platform, with seats for their drivers, live tracking, pre-trip inspections and integrations with the telematics they already use.

Frequently asked questions

What is Milebit?

Milebit is an all-in-one app for US truck drivers and a web dashboard for the carriers they drive for. The app combines truck routing, a fuel plan, weigh stations, truck parking, weather, road reports from other drivers, documents with expiry reminders and a directory of services offered by other drivers.

Who is Milebit for?

For truck drivers in the United States, whether they drive for a company, own their truck or lease it, and for carriers and fleets that want to see their drivers, trucks and routes in one web dashboard.

How much does Milebit cost?

The Milebit app is free. Premium, which adds truck routes with three options and the fuel plan, costs $19.99 per month or $191.99 per year ($16.00 per month billed annually). Subscriptions are bought inside the app through the App Store or Google Play, and refunds follow the store's policy. Fleets get volume pricing: the more drivers, the bigger the discount. Does Milebit work for fleets?

Yes. Carriers get a web dashboard on the same platform: seats for their drivers, live tracking of trucks and trailers, pre-trip inspections, work orders and documents, and integrations with the telematics they already use, plus an API and webhooks for a TMS or dispatch system.

Is Milebit available outside the United States?

Milebit is built for commercial trucking in the United States. Truck routes, fuel prices, weigh stations, truck parking and road reports cover US roads, and the apps are published in the US App Store and Google Play. Drivers who cross into Canada or Mexico can keep using the app, but the data is focused on the US.

When does Milebit launch and where can I download it?

The Milebit app is available on the App Store and Google Play in the United States since October 9, 2026. The web dashboard for fleets is available at fleet.milebit.io.
